The folks here at Lynx are passionate about  what we do. We believe in pushing it to the limits both in terms of functionality and design. While we like to be on the cutting edge, we believe there is a difference between trend and innovation, and that it’s our job to figure out which is which.  In the meantime, you may have questions regarding what we do, who we are, or an amazing question we telepathically knew you were going to ask.  No matter what we will try and help answer those questions.

The Company

At Lynx, we create results driven digital content and strategies to enhance your customers experience.  Whatever your project may be, wheather its a new website and web presence or an HD quality video to help promote your business, Lynx can help.
We probably have. If you take a look at the clients page, you probably fall into one of the industries already served. Our experience ranges from musicians and artists to technology and education.  Even if you do not see your particular industry, we can still help through a variety of services we offer to engage a greater number of potential customers for you.

We believe in hiring a company like Lynx because of the integration of expertise across multiple creative disciplines.  Are the videos, photos and other content produced being ideally matched to your web design and branding strategies? Do they line up with your social media marketing approach, and are you able to accurately quantify your results? We can provide you with all these pieces working together in a unified whole, producing the measurable results you want. Alternatively, we can look at what you already have and create strategies for better integration and fill in missing pieces to heighten the effectiveness of your on line presence and your customer’s experience.

Lastly, at Lynx we provide our own product or project manager who will ensure that the contract stays on schedule so you don’t have to spend time doing it yourself. This helps you have more time to focus on the most important aspect of your business, your customers!

We encounter this question a lot, and we believe that your energy is much better spent working on what your business is an expert in. We feel our expertise in creative content and production is a very cost-effective investment for your company, and we will make sure to show you why when we work with you!

Not a problem! We have clients all over the world, from Los Angeles and Mexico City to Orlando and Milwaukee.  We will work with you no matter where you are.

Obviously this depends on the scope of the project. We will first meet with the client to discuss the project and create an outline of the scope of work and the project strategy that will detail the next steps that are needed to achieve our client’s specific goals. Once the scope of work and proposal are finalized we get to work.  It is always in our best interest to finish all projects as efficiently and swiftly as possible.

Additionally, if you are on a tight deadline and need for us to have a quick turnaround, feel free to let us know in any of our initial meetings.

Quite frankly we’re confident that we can match any quality of work out there. Whether marketing, branding, content services, or long term support we strive to be the best. The majority of our work is done in-house unless otherwise specified with the client. We do it all when it comes to creating digital content and strategies to help enhance your customers’ experience and engage a larger customer base.  If you don’t see a service you are looking for, just ask!

It’s a possibility. It all depends on the state of your current content. We definitely like to keep major aspects of a client’s current branding when doing any work. After an initial meeting we can give you a much more thorough idea of how much new content we recommend and how much content we can carry over to achieve your company’s goals.

The Pricing

You may determine a budget in a variety of ways. Some businesses we work with look at their historical spending. What we have found to be the most efficient approach is to determine the list of total work needed, and to price it out.  We can also divide the work into stages, if necessary.

We offer discounts for non-profits as well as referral discounts. Please let us know at the time of our initial meeting or phone call in regards to these discounts and we can provide additional details.
For new clients, we typically require 40% down at the time of signing the proposal to begin work. After the initial payment, we usually bill work-to-date approximately every two weeks, or at pre-determined project benchmarks outlined in the proposal.
